A) Cosmetics / Personal Care

  • These are single-use, hygiene-sealed items and do not carry a performance warranty.

  • If there is a quality issue on arrival—breakage, leakage, wrong/short shipment, or obvious cosmetic defects—we will handle it under the Quality Issue pathway: replace or refund after evidence review

B) After-Sales Workflow

  1. Submit: your order number, a brief issue description, and photos/videos.

  2. Triage: our engineering/QC team performs an initial assessment.

  3. Resolution: we confirm the path—repair / replacement / refund.

  4. RMA (if return needed): we issue an RMA number and return address; after inspection, we complete the agreed resolution.
