To speed things up, include:

  • Order number

  • LOT / Vial-ID (printed on each vial label)

  • Photos/videos (packaging, labels, product appearance)

  • Your timeline (reconstitution time, when applied, whether within the 0–60 min window)

  • Any same-day actives/devices used (acids/retinoids/LED/etc.)


2) Quality & Safety Reporting

Please attach (if available):

  • Clear photos of vial(s), seals, labels, and packaging

  • LOT / Vial-ID and date/time opened

  • Temperature indicator photo (if present)

  • Description of the observation (e.g., off-odor, unusual discoloration, leakage)


3) Returns, Exchanges & Logistics

    • Unopened items within the return window may be returned.

    • Opened/reconstituted/seal-broken items aren’t eligible (single-use hygiene standard).

    • Shipping damage, wrong item, temperature exception, or verified quality issue → replacement or refund after evidence review.
