1. Global Air Shipping (Free Worldwide Delivery)
All orders are shipped via air freight through trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping is free worldwide — there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
2. Processing Time — Fresh Batch Promise
Under normal circumstances, we process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment.
Each shipment follows our Fresh Batch Protocol, including:

Allocation of the newest released batch

Individual vial labeling (LOT number, manufacturing/release date, expiry, storage guidance)

Quality inspection and handover to the carrier
For pre-orders, risk-reviewed transactions, incomplete addresses, or public holidays, processing time may be extended. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
All deliveries are made by air and include full parcel tracking. Typical delivery windows are:

4. Product Integrity — Separate Yet Secure
Each EXO-Lyospheres set includes:

Both components are individually sealed and shipped together in one protective box, but they are not pre-mixed.
This ensures product stability, sterility, and freshness during international air transport.
Reconstitution should only be performed immediately before use, following the included instructions.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please contact both the carrier and Exopurebeauty Support within 48 hours to initiate an investigation.

6. Import Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
Depending on the destination, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Force Majeure & Service Limitations
Delays resulting from extreme weather, customs inspections, public-health restrictions, or unexpected border policy changes fall outside our service-level commitment.
If such events occur, we will proactively update you and provide alternative solutions where possible.
