Four rules:
shade | dry | cool | never freeze
2013’s Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine decoded cellular “vesicle trafficking.” That playbook underpins modern exosome handling—why a freeze-dried, fresh-mixed routine protects fragile actives and makes sense for skin use.
TL;DR
-
Follow the carton: store in a shaded, dry, cool place; do not freeze.
-
Keep items factory-sealed with all inserts/accessories. Expiry (EXP) follows the outer box.
-
We run Fresh-Batch 48h: the newest released lot is assigned within 48 hours, per-vial labels are printed, and orders ship temperature-controlled. Inspect packaging and seals on arrival.
01|Two bottles, two temperaments
Lyophilized powder (moisture-sensitive)
-
Priorities: dry + dark.
-
Store at cool room temperature; don’t park it in steamy bathrooms.
Dedicated diluent (heat-sensitive)
-
Avoid heat spikes, direct sun, and temperature swings.
-
Keep upright with the cap firmly closed.
Unopened units: cool room storage is sufficient—no freezer required. In hot/humid regions, choose a ventilated, dry drawer or cabinet away from windows and heat sources.
02|Home storage: six hard rules
-
Keep everything in the carton to limit light and humidity.
-
Avoid the three highs: high heat (sun/vents), high humidity (bathroom, near humidifiers), high light (window ledges).
-
Never freeze. Freezing/condensation can damage contents and packaging.
-
Don’t leave it in the car. Trunks and cabins swing from hot to cold.
-
Store upright, especially the diluent, to minimize leak risk.
-
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
03|On delivery: 3 quick checks
-
Outer box: any moisture marks, crushing, or tears?
-
Vial seals: cap, tamper ring, foil/aluminum (if present) intact?
-
Labels: spec + production/expiry dates legible and match your order?
If anything seems off: photograph + note the LOT, then contact support.
04|Travel & transport (summer heat / winter cold)
-
Carry-on > checked. Don’t leave in trunks; use a cushioned, light-shielding pouch.
-
Hot climates: avoid > 30 °C exposure. A non-freezing insulated pouch is fine in transit; return to cool, dry storage ASAP.
-
Cold climates: avoid near-freezing/icing. If it’s been chilled, let it warm to room temp before opening to reduce condensation.
05|Common myths—fixed fast
|
Myth |
Do this instead |
|---|---|
|
“The fridge is always safer.” |
Unopened: cool room storage is enough. Never freeze. In extreme heat, short-term refrigeration (2–8 °C) is OK—not the freezer and not the door shelf; prevent condensation. |
|
“Bathroom storage is convenient.” |
Bathrooms are humid + warm. Use a dry drawer/cabinet. |
|
“A little sun won’t hurt.” |
Direct sun raises temperature—always keep shaded. |
|
“Pre-pour the diluent for later.” |
Keep factory-sealed. Reconstitute only on the day you apply (see Q11). |
06|Before opening & reconstitution (see Q11/Q12)
-
Reconstitute only when needed; aim for one vial = one session.
-
If you must split: refrigerate 2–8 °C and finish within 48 h.
-
Mix gently: run diluent down the vial wall and invert lightly (don’t hard-shake).
-
Procedure day window: within 0–60 min of microneedling/device work → calming mask 10–15 min.
-
Same-day don’ts: makeup, strong acids, strong retinoids, high-dose L-AA vitamin C (see Q12, Q14).
07|Labels & traceability (freshness on the label)
-
Every vial shows LOT / Vial-ID / spec / dates.
-
Fresh-Batch 48h ensures you receive the newest released lot.
-
Scan the QR to open the Trace Page with the batch COA snapshot, temperature history, and usage/storage tips.
Compliance footer (site-ready)
This is a cosmetic product for surface-level soothing, hydration, and barrier support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Unopened storage: shade, dry, cool, never freeze. Expiry and lot information follow the outer box.
One-line wrap
Master the four basics—shade, dry, cool, never freeze—keep it sealed and traceable; when you’re ready, the fresh-mix, one-vial-per-session workflow delivers peak freshness under a clean, closed hygiene loop.
