Hygiene rules for instant-mix skincare & our RMA policy

The 2013 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine laid the foundation for the core mechanism of cellular “vesicle trafficking,” providing an instruction manual for understanding and regulating the generation and release of exosomes, which opens up endless possibilities in skin and aesthetic-medicine settings. Exosomes are also considered one of the most important ways since the start of the 21st century to overcome bottlenecks in regeneration and repair technologies.

 

 

  • Unopened = eligible for return/exchange.

  • Opened / reconstituted / seal broken = not eligible (cannot be resold safely).

  • We’ll replace or refund for shipping damage, mis-ship/shortage, cold-chain exceptions, or verified quality anomalies once evidence is reviewed.

Why opened items aren’t returnable

 

 

  • Freeze-dry + instant mix, one vial = one session. Once opened or reconstituted, the 48-hour use window starts and hygiene/stability can’t be guaranteed.

  • Per-vial traceability. Each vial has LOT / Vial-ID; a broken seal or tampered label = “used.”

  • PURE principle. We never put opened vials back into circulation.

  • Evidence of decanting to other containers, incomplete kits, missing gifts/accessories

  • Beyond return window, non-authorized purchase channels

  • Purely subjective reasons (e.g., “didn’t feel much”): please contact our advisor first to optimize usage and cadence

 

 


 

 

RMA flow (how returns work)

 

 

  1. Submit online: From your order page or via support, send photos/video, LOT / Vial-ID, and any temperature-card evidence.

  2. Review & RMA: We reply with the decision and an RMA number & address.

  3. Send back & verify: Pack as instructed; unauthorized returns cannot be received.

  4. Replace / refund: Issued after verification.

     

    • Our responsibility (mis-ship, damage, cold-chain, quality): we cover round-trip shipping.

    • Buyer’s choice (unopened, no-fault): return shipping is paid by buyer.

     

 

 


 

 

International & cold-chain notes

 

 

  • Within 24 h of delivery, please inspect appearance and the temperature indicator and keep evidence.

  • If customs opened the parcel or delays caused temperature excursions, contact the carrier and us immediately.

  • Extreme heat/cold: parcels left undelivered causing temp exceptions are not our liability.

Q: I opened the outer carton but didn’t break the inner vial seal—can I return it?

Yes, if inner seals are intact, all parts are included, and you’re within the return window.


Q: I opened/reconstituted and then felt irritation—can I return it?

Opened/reconstituted items aren’t returnable. Stop use and contact our advisor for assessment (see Q27/Q18 for guidance).


Q: My label is smudged or a cap leaked on arrival—what now?

Treat it as a shipping/packaging issue. Photograph within 24 h and contact us; we’ll replace or refund after review.
