Q37|Is shipping fully cold-chain?

Aug 30, 20253 min read

We adapt to format × climate × distance

The 2013 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine laid the foundation for the core mechanism of cellular “vesicle trafficking,” providing an instruction manual for understanding and regulating the generation and release of exosomes, which opens up endless possibilities in skin and aesthetic-medicine settings. Exosomes are also considered one of the most important ways since the start of the 21st century to overcome bottlenecks in regeneration and repair technologies.

  • Lyophilized powder: Ships at ambient with light-shielding, moisture control, and anti-shock packaging.

  • Dedicated solvent: Ships ambient in the same carton. Do not freeze.

  • Reconstituted product: Not shipped (only mixed and used on-site at clinics/stores).

  • Cross-border / extreme heat: We add insulation, gel packs, and temperature indicators as needed; we may adjust dispatch time/route to reduce exposure.

  • Fresh-Batch 48h: We assign the latest released lot, print vial labels, and dispatch within 48 hours of your order.

How we pack & dispatch

Component

Default temperature

Packaging details

Why this setup

Exosome lyophilized powder

Ambient

Foil/light-shield pouch, desiccant, anti-shock inserts, moisture-alert labeling

Lyophilized format is stable at room temp but humidity-sensitive

Dedicated solvent

Ambient (do not freeze)

Upright orientation, tamper seal/shrink band, light-shielding carton

Skin-friendly buffered system—freezing risks expansion and condensation

Reconstituted solution

Not shipped

“Mix-and-use” hygiene & stability window (48h) cannot be guaranteed in transit

Each vial carries LOT / Vial-ID / size / date for single-bottle traceability.

Temperature control, applied on demand

Route / climate

What we do

Rationale

Normal season, local/short haul

Ambient courier + anti-shock / moisture / light shielding

Balanced safety and speed

Hot season or segments with high temps

Add insulation sleeve + gel packs; faster service; avoid midday dispatch

Minimize heat exposure

Sustained heat or long cross-border routes

Insulated shipper + multiple gel packs + temp indicator; split legs or shift ship date if needed

Stability first

Very cold routes

Ambient pack + insulation (no gel packs), avoid freezing

Prevent cold brittleness and condensation on solvent

If weather or logistics disrupt, we may reschedule or reroute after confirming with you.

24-hour receiving checklist

  • Outer box: no crush/tear/leak.

  • Inside: powder & solvent seals intact, no cracks; desiccant present.

  • Labels: LOT / Vial-ID match your order.

  • Temp indicator (if included): check for abnormal color change.

If anything looks off (damage/leak/temp alert), photograph within 24h and contact support—we’ll prioritize replacement or refund per policy.

After receipt: storage & use

  • Unopened: store cool, dry, shaded, per carton; do not freeze (see Q28).

  • When ready to use: reconstitute only on the day of use. One vial = one session whenever possible.

    • If you must split doses: refrigerate 2–8 °C and finish within 48h (see Q11).

  • Day-of SOP: post-procedure 0–60 min full-dose application → 10–15 min calming mask → 72h of repair + broad-spectrum/physical SPF (see Q12/Q14).

FAQ

Why not cold-chain everything by default?

Lyophilized systems are temperature-tolerant but humidity-sensitive; smart ambient + moisture control is robust and avoids condensation/freezing risks (and excess packaging). We add temperature control for heat/long-haul/cross-border cases.

Can I request temperature-controlled shipping?

Yes—note it at checkout (e.g., “destination in heatwave / will self-collect”). We’ll optimize based on route and weather.

Parcel felt hot/cold—still safe?

Run the 24h checklist above. If seals are intact and no abnormal odor/leak/indicator change, it’s typically fine. When in doubt, send photos + LOT / Vial-ID; we’ll help assess.

Why refuse shipping of reconstituted product?

Once mixed, the hygiene/stability window is short (refrigerate 2–8 °C, use within 48h). Transit time can overshoot that window.

Aligned with Fresh-Batch 48h & PURE

  • Fresh-Batch 48h: latest lot assignment, single-vial labels, temperature-aware dispatch within 48h.

  • PURE: Pure Form (lyo + dedicated solvent; one vial = one use) · Pure Source · Pure Use (cosmetic scope only) · Pure Trace (LOT/Vial-ID & Trace Page).

Compliance note: This is a cosmetic product intended for surface-level soothing, moisturizing, and barrier support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Lyophilized powder ships ambient; we do not ship reconstituted product (clinic mix-and-use only). For cross-border or extreme heat, we add temperature control as needed.

One-line takeaway

Ship smart, not just cold: ambient for lyophilized powder, no-freeze solvent, no shipping of mixed product, and targeted temperature control when climate and distance call for it.
